1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Monthly Frequency Bottle Collar + Bio-Photonic Device Charger App Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Xpress Marketing Group for ReferLife Wellness, located at 3713 tecumseh Road East, Windsor, Ontario, Canada, N8W 1H8 (the “Sponsor”). Questions about the Promotion may be sent to info@referlife.org.

2. Promotion Period
Each calendar month promotion (the “Monthly Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 ET on September 30, 2026 and REPEAT MONTHLY STARTING AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH AND ENDING AT THE END OF EACH MONTH, (the “Entry Period”). The Sponsor’s timekeeping system is the official clock. The applicable Entry Period, draw date, and prize information will be listed on the Promotion landing page and in these rules.

3. Eligibility

The Monthly Promotion is open only to individual legal residents of Canada, excluding Québec, and the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, state, or jurisdiction of residence at the start of the Entry Period. The Promotion is void in Québec, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members or household members of the Sponsor and its affiliated entities are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes parent, child, sibling, spouse, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

The Sponsor may create and publish a Québec/French-language version only after it has been reviewed for Québec language, privacy, and contest requirements. Until that occurs, Québec residents are not eligible. However, if the language translator works well enough to provide clear contest rules for the Province of Quebec, they can enter the contest on their own.

4. No Purchase Necessary; No Improvement of Odds

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, SUBSCRIPTION, SALES ACTIVITY, REFERRAL, OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. The Promotion is a random-draw promotional sweepstakes. Attendance at the Live Zoom is one available entry route; the alternate method of entry in Section 6 is available without purchase or attendance and receives an equal chance of winning.

5. Live Zoom Entry Method

To receive one (1) entry through the Live Zoom route, an eligible person must, during the Entry Period:

1. Register for the applicable Sponsor Live Zoom session using the registration page at https://www.referlife.com/support-webinars.htm;
2. Attend the Tuesday Live Zoom session at 7:00 p.m. ET using the registrant’s own registration information; and
3. During the session, complete the Sponsor’s Private Entry Form at [private entry-form URL] by the announced deadline, providing the entrant’s first and last name, email address, province/state of residence, age confirmation, and acknowledgement that the entrant has read and agrees to these Official Rules.

The email address on the private entry form must match the email used for Zoom registration. A person may not receive more than one (1) entry through this route during a Monthly Promotion. The Sponsor is not responsible for connectivity issues, late submissions, unavailable platforms, inaccurate registration information, or an entrant’s failure to follow the published instructions.

Entrants must not post personal contact information in public Zoom chat. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disregard any purported entry submitted in a public chat or by a method not described in these rules.

6. Alternate method of entry (“AMOE”)
An eligible person may receive one (1) entry without attending a Live Zoom by sending a plain-text email to [AMOE email address] with the subject line “[Month Year] Giveaway Entry”. The email must include the entrant’s first and last name, residential city, province/state, postal/ZIP code, country, confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen (18) and has reached the applicable age of majority, and the statement: “I have read and agree to the [Month Year] Official Rules.” The AMOE email must be received by [AMOE deadline in ET].

An eligible entrant may use either the Live Zoom route or the AMOE route, but not both. Duplicate entries, entries from multiple email addresses controlled by the same person, and entries above the one-entry limit will be void. The Sponsor may require reasonable proof of identity, residence, and eligibility.

7. Entry limitations and prohibited conduct
Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and household for each Monthly Promotion, regardless of entry method. Automated entries, bots, scripts, macro programs, false identities, disposable or multiple email accounts, entries generated by a third party, commercial promotion services, unauthorized use of another person’s data, or any attempt to manipulate the Entry Period, attendance record, entry form, or drawing are prohibited and void.

The Sponsor may disqualify a person who violates these Official Rules; interferes with the Zoom session; behaves abusively, threateningly, unlawfully, or disruptively; posts unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or privacy-invasive content; or acts in a manner that could harm the integrity, security, administration, or reputation of the Promotion.

8. Prize
One (1) eligible winner will receive: (a) one (1) Frequency Bottle Collar, with an approximate retail value of US$215 / C[insert current approximate value]**; and (b) a first-year **Bio-Photonic Device Charger App subscription**, with an approximate retail value of **US$179 / C
[insert current approximate value]. The combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is US$394 / C$[insert current approximate value].

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash redemption value. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate value if the stated prize becomes unavailable, cannot be delivered, or cannot lawfully be awarded. A compatible device, internet access, app-store account, data plan, and acceptance of any applicable app terms are not included unless expressly stated by the Sponsor. [Choose one before publication: “Standard shipping is included,” OR “The winner is responsible for shipping, duties, taxes, and all costs not expressly included.”] The winner is responsible for all taxes, customs duties, fees, and expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

9. Random drawing; odds
On or about [first Tuesday of following month, date] at [time] ET, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing may be shown during the Sponsor’s first Tuesday Live Zoom session of the following month. Attendance at the drawing is not required to win.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor will retain a timestamped final eligible-entry list and drawing record. The Sponsor may select one (1) potential winner and one (1) alternate potential winner.

10. Potential-winner notification and verification
The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by email from [official company-domain email] within [five (5)] business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within [five (5)] business days of the first notification attempt, complete any required declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release where lawful, and provide information reasonably required for prize fulfillment.

If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, the potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor as a condition of receiving the prize. For clarity, the Sponsor should have counsel approve the final question process before the Promotion begins.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted; does not respond within the stated period; is found ineligible; fails to complete required verification; fails the skill-testing question where applicable; declines the prize; or cannot receive the prize, that potential winner forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner. No person is a winner until the Sponsor completes all verification.

11. Privacy and optional marketing consent

By entering, each entrant understands that the Sponsor will collect and use the entrant’s submitted information only to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact a potential winner, fulfill the prize, maintain required business/legal records, and manage disputes, unless the entrant separately and voluntarily opts in to marketing communications.
The Sponsor will make its privacy notice available at [privacy-policy URL], will use reasonable safeguards for contest information, and will retain contest records only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal requirements. An entrant’s agreement to receive marketing emails must be a separate, optional, unchecked consent and is not a condition of entry or winning. Canadian marketing emails will be sent only in accordance with applicable consent requirements and with an unsubscribe mechanism.

12. Publicity and winner announcement
Except where prohibited by law, the verified winner grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, first initial of surname, city, province/state, likeness, and prize information for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation. The Sponsor will not disclose a winner’s email address, full home address, or other sensitive personal information. A winner may be announced only after verification.

13. Facebook and Zoom disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Zoom, Apple, Google, or any app-store provider. Each entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Zoom, Apple, Google, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from liability arising from the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Promotion is administered by the Sponsor, not by Facebook or Zoom. Entrants must not use Facebook personal timelines, friend tagging, or sharing to gain entries or additional chances to win.

14. General conditions; release; limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion, use or misuse of a prize, technical failures, network or platform interruptions, unauthorized intervention, or the entrant’s violation of these Official Rules. This release does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, corrupted, or inaccessible entries; system outages; technical failures; internet or device malfunctions; or incorrect human or technical transmissions. If the Promotion cannot operate as planned due to fraud, technical failure, security issue, force majeure, or another event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the affected Monthly Promotion and, where lawful, select a winner from eligible entries received before the issue.

15. Governing conditions and disputes
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sponsor will administer these Official Rules in good faith and will make eligibility and rule-enforcement decisions reasonably and consistently. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes mandatory consumer-protection or privacy rights that cannot be waived under the law of an entrant’s province, territory, or state of residence.
Any dispute must first be submitted in writing to [official contest email/address] within [thirty (30)] days of the event giving rise to the dispute. The parties will attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing any other remedy. This section should be reviewed by counsel before publication, particularly if the Sponsor wishes to specify a governing-law or forum-selection clause.
